Dear Friend, I’ve created this page to inspire and encourage you by sharing my
path to achieving the best state of health ever and maintaining or regaining a youthful
appearance. Look at my (amateur) photo, I am 61 years young. As a Life Strategist, it is second nature for me to take a holistic
approach—in my own life and when working with clients.
We all have physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs and it is my
absolute conviction that, in order to function to our full potential, we need
to take care of all areas of our being and constantly aim for balance. Only if all four aspects of our existence are properly
nurtured can— 1.

maintain or regain good health and a lasting state of wellbeing far into the future. This includes a strong Immune and Nervous
System, both of which enable us to deal with challenges and stressful

relationships. In 1996, I was faced with the undeniable fact that I needed a
career change. I left the
corporate sector and began studying Natural Therapies, counseling and behavioral therapy. At the time, I struggled with
the aftermath of major surgery and the debilitating symptoms of Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Just getting up in the morning required a major effort.
